The placement of the ventilation holes is designed not to interfere with camouflage element attachments and not to cause discomfort when using hearing protection gear (headphones). The grommets of the MBH hat's ventilation system are made of non-corrosive colored metal, resistant to aggressive environments (moisture, salt, sweat).
The attachment system for camouflage elements is located around the perimeter of the Military Boonie Hat and secured with extra-strong stitching.
