The Jacket Thermal PCS, analogous to ECWCS Level 7, is used as outerwear in extremely low temperatures. At the same time, due to its compactness, it can be used to insulate Gore-Tex jackets or regular parkas. The temperature range for the jacket is +5/-20 degrees Celsius (when using a layered clothing system).

Made from nylon fabric with Micro Rip-Stop technology, which enhances the durability of the outer material. The collar contains a hidden, lightweight hood. The jacket is equipped with three external pockets and one internal pocket. The chest pocket serves as a compression bag for transportation.
