Last week, I had the honor of meeting with cadets from the Kyiv Military Institute, which I mentioned earlier. As a result of the meeting, I decided to organize and conduct courses on firearms training and tactical medicine for the cadets by the PSDinfo instructors team.
The world is constantly changing and becoming less stable, and the transfer of knowledge and experience from one generation to another is a fundamental cornerstone of progress. The recent experience of training cadets by the veteran instructor team of PSDinfo, who assimilate important lessons in firearms and tactical medicine, illustrates the significant need and demand for this.
As veterans, we have experience, and it is our duty to pass it on to the younger generation at all levels.
- "Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world," - Nelson Mandela.
In the context of military training, this education is not limited to academic knowledge; it includes the transmission of new training methods, personal combat experience, life lessons, ethics, and leadership qualities that are vital both on and off the battlefield.
All cadets are members of various military communities and primarily participants in the PSDinfo community, who believe in the ideas and values of the community: honesty, dedication to their craft, mutual assistance, and professionalism.
Youth is our generation of hope and the foundation of our country. They are inspired by the dedication and professionalism of their mentors, military communities, combat comrades of active combat units on the front line, veterans, and active-duty sergeants and officers who have been following the path of military professionalism for more than a decade.
Cadets understand and study not only the basic aspects of service but also analyze and study changes on the battlefield, enemy tactics, and the implementation of new technologies on the battlefield.
Progress and mastery can only be achieved when we support each other, regardless of minor differences, for the benefit of common goals and ideas.
At the end of the course, we held a debriefing, talked about the importance of service and protecting our people and country, and all cadets received gifts. These included books, PSDinfo patches, and gifts from the IBIS store in the form of knives and gift certificates, for which we are especially grateful.
